The last 3 days of Open Design for this year – don’t miss out.

Open Design Cape Town is an annual citywide cross-disciplinary celebration and sharing of design and design-thinking.
The inaugural citywide event will provide an inclusive and collaborative platform that will allow for individuals and organisations to share design in whatever way they feel works best for them. By openly sharing with each other, we aim to create a more accessible space in which to appreciate design.

With more than 80 events across Cape Town and thousands of visitors through the doors of the City Hall, this festival is already a huge success thanks to the support and participation of designers, educators, sponsors, visitors and the public.

There’s just three days left, so make sure you don’t miss out.

Join the Open Design Cape Town conversation and stay up-to-date on the latest events and developments in the lead up to the festival. Get the latest news and view the programme on or find us on Twitter (@opendesignct), Facebook (opendesignct) and Instagram (opendesignct). We want to encourage you to share your design with us wherever you find inspiration so post pictures, share your comments and just get involved in every way you can!
